Here are the rentalterms for everyone who is renting directly from us.

 

Free cancellation until the date of arrival if the cancellation is due to Covid 19 restrictions.

 

1. Booking / confirmation
The person / company as the order is registered, is also the person responsible for the tenancy and everyone in the party. This person is also financially responsible for the entire order, including payment of the full rental amount and any claims of damage that may occur. An order is binding whether via phone or in writing via online booking or e-mail.

2. The villa
The villa is rented out according to the information contained in the presentation on the internet. The villa is privately owned and used by us, it must be expected that private belongings may be present in the villa.

3. Rates
Our prices cover the rental of the villa per night. Electricity and water included. We ask our guests anyway to please show moderation. Included is also linen, one towel for shower and one handtowel for each person (not beach towels). Use of more lines and/or more towels than agreed can lead to reduction in the deposit return. End cleaning for the whole stay will be added to the total: € 200. Later arrival or earlier departure than agreed, will not be entitled to a reduction of the rental price. All prices are in Euro.

4. Rental of additional services
Just ask us if there is something you want to know. All is possible

5. Internett and wifi
Internet and wifi in the house are only available free of charge in high season. If you want to rent with unlimited internet outside the high season, this may be possible. Additional fee for this may occur.

6. Number of people
It is not permitted with more people in the villa than was agreed at the time of rental. Basically, it sleeps 10 people in the villa, but there will be extra beds. However, this must be agreed and approved in advance with us. We encourage our guests to respect this.

7. House rules
All guests are
obligated to comply with all the rules and follow the instructions contained in the villa. Normal standards of law and order must also be followed. The villa must be left in clean and tidy condition. Trash must be removed and the dishes washed up and put away. The guests must also ensure that the villa is left in proper locked and undamaged condition. If accidents occur, you must report them to us as soon as possible. If not, the tenant can be held responsible for the damages. Smoking indoors in the villa is absolutely not allowed.

8. Payment
25% of the rent plus security deposit is payable on booking and no later than 10 days after. The balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. These rental terms is considered as accepted when the prepayment and deposit has been paid. Keys and detailed information will not be handed out before payment in full has been registered with us.

9. Deposit
It will be charged a security deposit of € 500. This as a security for damages, replacement of keys and possible breakage. If the villa is returned properly, ready for cleaning and undamaged, the deposit is refunded in full via bank. If there should be nessesary with extra cleaning in addition to what is normal, this could be taken of the deposit. We reserve the right to send demands beyond the amount of the deposit, if required.

10. Deficiencies in the villa
If any damage or defects upon arrival, it must be immediately reported to us. If not notified of any damage, missing or inadequate cleaning may result in the tenant can be held responsible. If it is not satisfactorily cleaned upon arrival, it is not automatically entitled to not tidy the properly before his own departure. Facilities that may be present in the villa and not described in the presentation, is also at the tenant's disposal, unless otherwise disclosed. If these are broken or have missing features, it does not give the right for a conpensation. Any claim for compensation must be submitted in writing, with pictures and/or receipts, no later than one week after the end of the rental period. Claims for reimbursement can not exceed the total rent.

11. Arrival and Departure
The rental period starts at 17.00 on arrival and ends at 10.00 on departure, when nothing else is agreed. Other arrival or departure times can be arranged with us.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for the lease period in case of airline problems, natural disasters, epidemic diseases, border closures, stop in sale of currency or other form of force majeure.

13. Terms
These conditions are considered accepted when paying the advance and deposit.
